Responsibilities

• Contribute to improving efficiency, supporting business growth, and helping technical teams perform at their best.
• Rotate across key operational areas over two years, building a broad understanding of how strategy, data, and digital tools drive day‑to‑day performance and long‑term improvement.
• Work closely with a range of teams to optimise resources, streamline processes, and use data for better decision‑making.
• Support a high‑performing, future‑focused operation by developing skills in resource allocation, operational efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Requirements

• Must have (or expect to obtain) a master’s degree in a related field, with a specialisation in operations management, supply chain, industrial engineering, data analytics, or business strategy.
• Eager to take on challenges, enjoy teamwork, and have a passion for development and growth.
