Role Overview
The Business Operations & Program Manager will lead the execution and growth of key business programs, including vehicle leasing operations and new strategic initiatives.
This role combines operations management, team leadership, and commercial support, requiring a hands-on operator who can drive execution while contributing to business expansion.

What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of vehicle leasing and other business programs
- Ensure efficient service delivery and continuous operational improvement
- Develop and implement processes to enhance productivity and accountability
- Lead and manage operational teams, setting clear expectations and driving performance
- Oversee client relationships and act as escalation point for service issues
- Support business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals
- Monitor operational performance, costs, and service quality metrics
- Prepare reports and insights for executive decision-making
Who You Are
- 5–8 years experience in operations, program management, or service delivery
- Strong leadership experience managing teams and driving performance
- Solid understanding of business operations with commercial awareness
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and execution-driven
