Responsibilities

• Manage segmentation strategy and performance measurement to drive business growth
• Provide proactive business analyses and actionable insights to optimize channel performance
• Collaborate with G&L Business leaders to identify growth opportunities and support strategic analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in analytical skills, financial modeling, or related fields
• Working knowledge of Cornerstone and SQL is strongly recommended
• Proven track record of managing diverse organizations and processes
• Highly motivated individual with the ability to drive results in ambiguous situations
