This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. As a Business Process Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to analyze, document, and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to identify bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and implement process improvements. Key tasks will include conducting process assessments, developing process optimization strategies, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. • *Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management methodologies - Strong Analytical and Business Analysis skills for data interpretation and decision-making - Knowledge of Business Process strategies and techniques - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities
