We’re looking for an experienced Business Process Engineer and qualified Industrial or Chemical Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement. This hands-on role blends project management, Kaizen, data analytics, and business process engineering. Ideal for candidates with 2-5 years post grad experience.
Key Focus Areas
- Support cross-functional projects and track milestones
- Participate in Kaizen workshops and process mapping
- Analyze operational data and build performance dashboards
- Contribute to digital transformation and process innovation
Requirements
- BSc/BEng in Industrial or Chemical Engineering (non-negotiable)
- 2-5 years post graduation experience as an Industrial Engineer or Business Process Engineer
- Certifications, or exposure to Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen or Project Management, or Data Analytics.
- Working experience with data tools (Ms Excel, Power BI, SQL) & dashboards
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience in implementing CRM or ERP systems would be highly advantageous
