What are you going to do?

• Act as business owner for a portfolio of commercial and customer-facing transformation initiatives such as organizational consolidation and modernization of commercial tooling;

• Drive decisions based on commercial value, customer impact, and business priorities while safeguarding customer experience and commercial continuity during periods of change;

• Align senior stakeholders across Business, Product, and Technology around a single, coherent direction and act as the senior business counterpart to technology leadership;

• Support governance and operating model decisions where business leadership is required and resolve escalations and misalignment to prevent fragmentation, scope drift, or local optimization;

• Provide senior guidance on digital and commercial engagement strategies ensuring use cases support scalable, repeatable ways of working across markets or business units;

• Line manage and steer two Product Owners by setting clear mandates, priorities, and outcome expectations, coaching them on value articulation, prioritization, and dependency management;

• Ensure initiatives and backlogs are aligned to enterprise outcomes rather than local optimization and act as escalation point for strategic trade-offs and decision making.

What do you bring?

• Minimum 10 years+ experience in senior business ownership for commercial and customer-facing transformation initiatives;

• Extensive experience with Salesforce, CRM, and commerce;

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills;

• Excellent communication, go-getter mindset, coaching skills, and collaborative characteristics;

• Strategic advisory expertise in digital and commercial engagement strategies, balancing ambition with feasibility and sustainability;

• Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus).

Through our agency, you will receive a 6-month temporary contract. There is a possibility that your contract will be renewed after these 6 months or that our client will make you an offer of a contract; however, we are not able to guarantee this.

• Salary will be around €6500 - €7500 gross a month, based on a full-time position (38 hours a week), and is based on education and experience;

• Starting on the 13th of April 2026;

• Travel expenses will be covered;

• Pension plan.
