Your Role
We are looking for a Business Project Manager / Key Account Manager to lead complex calls for tenders and programs with a small portfolio of strategic clients, and to develop long-term relationships with them (new programs, product evolutions…).
As a Business Project Manager at KFS MOBILITY, you are responsible for piloting calls for tenders and strategic programs, business development on a portfolio of existing key accounts, and customer relationship management, particularly with players like ALSTOM, SNCF, or RATP. You will often work on major offers (around €5 to €30 million, with decision cycles up to 18 to 24 months), while ensuring the success of ongoing projects and the sale of evolutions to existing clients, with a view to maintaining or improving margins. In collaboration with engineering and internal teams, you will manage offers, contract follow-up, and client relations.
Main Missions
- Calls for tenders: The calls for tenders you will be involved in concern complete seat programs: you will pilot their costing and technico-economic construction with internal teams, then support industrialization after the order.
- Business development on key accounts: You will develop turnover with an existing client portfolio (sales of product evolutions, new programs, scope extensions), rather than through "from scratch" prospecting.
- Technical calls for tenders: You will analyze large files, coordinate complete costing (all seat functions) with the design office, methods, costing cell, and purchasing, and build a robust, coherent, and defensible technico-economic offer.
- Negotiation and sales of evolutions: You will negotiate commercial conditions and sell product evolutions throughout the project life cycle (changes in scope).
