Role

In our "Software Engineering & IT" business center in Aarau, we develop customer-specific software applications as well as modern AI, IoT, and cloud solutions – with a consistent focus on customer benefit, UX/UI, and sustainable digitalization. As a Business Solution Architect – AI & UX, you form the central interface between business, technology, and AI-powered software development.

Together with our clients and software engineers, you will develop innovative, user-centric solutions and accompany projects from analysis through conception to successful implementation. You will strategically use modern approaches such as generative AI and AI-powered development processes, contributing significantly to the development of intuitive digital products with high added value.

Requirements

You have a very good university degree (FH or Uni) in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification. As an analytically thinking and creative personality, you enjoy working with people and tackling new challenges and technologies. You are committed, resilient, and characterized by a strong customer-oriented way of thinking and acting.

You also possess the following skills:

• In-depth practical experience in analyzing complex requirements, business processes, data structures, and flows, as well as a holistic understanding of the digitalization of processes and business models
• Experience in the conception and design of modern, distributed software applications in an agile environment – including architecture, planning, and execution of software projects
• Expertise in translating business requirements into user-centric digital solutions and supporting project teams through professional UX design, partly using AI tools
• Experience in using LLMs and generative AI (Agentic Engineering) for prototype development and in creating modern solution architectures, target visions, and roadmaps
• Routine in planning and moderating workshops and presenting complex content to clients and interdisciplinary teams
• Enjoyment of collaboration with clients and development partners, as well as strong curiosity for new technologies and willingness to learn
• Clear, structured, and audience-appropriate communication with the ability to convey complex technical content understandably
• High quality standards, structured and sustainable working methods, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
