Your Role

In this key role, you will operate at the intersection of business, IT, and OT. You will ensure that our systems and applications for operational management run reliably, are secure, and are continuously developed. As a central point of contact, you will gather requirements, consider technical framework conditions, and successfully implement viable solutions in operation together with the relevant stakeholders.

What to Expect

• You will take overall responsibility for applications in the area of operational management systems and ensure both stable operation and their continuous development.
• You will gather, structure, and translate business requirements into technical solutions and interfaces – including accompanying the implementation. You will have an interdisciplinary role and coordinate with various specialist departments and suppliers.
• You will accompany IT and OT projects from idea to operation and actively contribute your expertise.
• As a central interface, you will connect business requirements with IT, OT, and electrical engineering, advise on complex issues, and coordinate the involved stakeholders.
• You will ensure compliance with cyber security requirements, processes, and quality standards, be responsible for documentation, and support inquiries, assessments, and audits.
• You will act as a coordination point for operational management, end-users, security processes, and topics related to emergency and business continuity management.

What You Bring

• You have a degree at a minimum of University of Applied Sciences (FH) level in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification, and have experience in the IT/OT environment.
• You are proficient in requirements engineering, as well as the conception and further development of applications and interfaces.
• Technical IT and OT terms do not intimidate you, and you can communicate with technical system specialists.
• Experience in projects and a good understanding of operational processes characterize you.
• You are familiar with cyber security, IT standards, and regulatory requirements, and you proceed in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• You communicate appropriately for the audience in German, navigate confidently between business, IT, and electrical engineering, and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders.
