Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Specialist role located in Kahl am Main. The Business Specialist will handle daily tasks such as analyzing and solving business challenges, developing and implementing business plans, supporting customer service activities, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Duties also include collaborating with teams to achieve organizational goals and ensuring optimal service delivery for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess complex business situations and identify problem-solving solutions
• Proficiency in Business Planning and general Business knowledge
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
• A customer-oriented approach with experience in providing outstanding Customer Service
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a professional setting
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
