Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Health Insurance premium billing
• 5+ years of experience in Health Insurance Premium Billing
• Strong experience in Business/System Analysis
• Experience with systems testing, gap analysis, and data analysis
• Healthcare finance application experience preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to create process flows, documentation, and reporting solutions

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business/system requirements
• Perform systems testing, debugging, and issue analysis
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions
• Create process flow and data transformation diagrams
• Work with cross-functional teams, IT, and business stakeholders
• Support reporting, trending analysis, and documentation
• Track system performance and resolve business/system issues
• Assist with training documentation and user support

• Hybrid role (3 days onsite)

• Must be comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
