Business System Analyst with Zelle Payments

We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst (BSA) with hands-on experience in Zelle Payments and strong knowledge of US payment systems such as ACH, Fedwire, and RTP. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality payment solutions and ensure seamless transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for payment solutions.
• Work extensively on Zelle payment workflows, integrations, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze and support US payment schemes including ACH, Fedwire, and RTP.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams for successful delivery.
• Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and support UAT.
• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues in production environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Zelle Payments and related operations.
• Strong understanding of:
  • ACH (Automated Clearing House)
  • Fedwire
  • RTP (Real-Time Payments)
• Experience in payment processing, transaction lifecycle, and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
