About the role

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and procurement systems.
  • Strong experience in business requirement gathering and functional documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with system testing and UAT.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with enterprise applications such as Accounts Payable, Inventory, Project Costing, and asset management systems (e.g., Maximo).
  • Experience working with or supporting PeopleSoft (SCM, EPM, Financials).
  • Familiarity with public sector or procurement environments.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze procurement and business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Support system development, enhancements, and implementation projects.
  • Perform system testing including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis, reporting, and interpretation using SQL and Excel.
  • Provide functional support for procurement and financial systems.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to resolve system issues, defects, and enhancements.
  • Work with integrated systems such as Accounts Payable, Inventory, Project Costing, and asset management tools.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide user support.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and project status updates.
