What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and clarify requirements
• Translate ideas into clear, actionable specifications for developers
• Lead client-facing and internal workshops to capture needs and co-design solutions
• Bring a UX/CX mindset with rapid prototyping and iterative design
• Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement with an AI-first approach

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years as a Business or Systems Analyst (fintech experience preferred)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with APIs, Azure, and integration-driven systems
• UX/CX awareness, prototyping, and workshop facilitation skills
• Naturally curious, analytical, and creative problem solver
