Business Systems Analyst

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Get hands-on with the tech that keeps an online education platform humming.
• Partner with marketing and operations to roll out technical tweaks that supercharge efficiency across the board
• Pull insights from marketing tools, application systems, and the learning management system (LMS) to build sharp, actionable reports for big-picture strategies
• Step up as the go-to Tier-2 troubleshooter for tricky bugs, integration hiccups, and logic glitches
• Convert leadership ideas and system needs into precise functional specs for a custom LMS
• Lead lively training sessions and whip up crystal-clear docs to get staff up to speed on new features
• Keep the development backlog and roadmap fresh in an agile setup, ensuring projects sprint forward on time

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or something similar
• At least 2 years tackling technical systems implementation – bonus points for EdTech or digital products
• Solid grip on Agile methods, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and data analytics tools
• Big-picture systems thinking: spot how one change ripples through the entire school setup
• Proactive communicator who owns projects end-to-end and nails deadlines
• Positive, solutions-focused vibe that shines in a buzzing remote environment
