A well‑established organisation is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and develop its core business systems and reporting capabilities. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working across systems, processes, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, configure, and optimise key business systems (commercial, membership, and operational platforms)
- Act as a first point of contact for systems and application queries
- Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into system solutions
- Support reporting and data analysis, including dashboards and ad‑hoc reporting (Power BI or similar)
- Assist with system upgrades, user training, and documentation
- Provide light first‑line IT support where needed
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a process‑driven mindset
- Experience supporting business systems and working with data/reporting tools
- Comfortable working with stakeholders to understand and improve processes
- Motivated, adaptable, and able to see the bigger picture
- Systems aptitude more important than specific industry background
Working Arrangement
Hybrid working (3 days onsite)
