Business Analyst

About

The Business Analyst will be responsible for data-related aspects in the context of the PeopleSoft ERP deployment, as well as more broadly across the organization in several countries.

This role involves:

• Business needs analysis
• Ensuring data quality
• Implementing data integration and governance

The objective is to support a successful deployment. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring data consistency, security, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

The Business Analyst will also lead the study of third-party management (service providers, partners, etc.) within the application landscape.

• Workshops with business teams, partner network, IT, etc.
• Sharing with O2C / P2P managers and other key contacts
• Belgium used as a pilot country, then deployment in Spain, etc.
• Half-day debriefing per cycle
