C++ Engineer - Networking (m/f/x)

In this role you will build and evolve the core OneAgent that monitors network traffic in real time, enabling deep observability across millions of environments. You will work with a world-class team on a high-impact agent that drives performance, reliability and security insights for customers. You’ll tackle tough technical challenges in a tech-driven, innovation-first culture, shaping systems that scale in production. You will contribute to clean, efficient C++20 code and impactful real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core agent code for real-time network traffic monitoring
• Write production-grade, efficient C++20 software
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers on design and reviews
• Address performance, reliability, and security considerations in the agent
• Tackle complex system challenges in distributed environments
• Contribute to code quality and engineering best practices

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of modern C++ (C++20)
• Proven experience writing production-grade code
• Solid communication skills in English (B2 or higher)
• Collaborative mindset
• Bonus: experience with Java or Python
