C# .Net Engineering Manager | 8+YoE | Global FinTech Trading Platform | Bangalore- Hybrid

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a domain-aligned, full-stack POD owning backend, frontend, mobile, and data end-to-end.

What You Bring • 7–14 years of engineering experience with 3+ years in Tech Lead / Engineering Manager roles • Strong hands-on background in C#/.NET Core (6/7/8+), Azure & Kubernetes (AKS) • Experience with SQL Server & Cosmos DB, event-driven architectures • Exposure to React / TypeScript / React Native (review & unblock teams) • Experience in fintech, high-scale, or regulated environments is a strong plus

What You’ll Do • Lead a global POD building .NET Core microservices, React & React Native UIs on Azure AKS • Own domain outcomes: reliability, latency, availability, security & UX • Drive architecture decisions: microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, data contracts • Champion DevOps & GitOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, Kubernetes, observability) • Mentor engineers and build a high-trust, high-accountability engineering culture • Partner with Product, Data, and Architecture teams on a mission-critical trading platform
