About the Position

For our direct placement partner, we are looking for a technically strong personality as a C++ Software Developer (m/f/d) who confidently combines modern software development, system logic, and robust applications. You will work on high-performance software components, interfaces, and technical systems with high demands on stability, quality, and maintainability. Primegate Consulting supports this direct placement from initial contact to final contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• You will develop, extend, and optimize software modules and applications with C++.
• You will contribute to architecture, code quality, testing, and technical documentation.
• You will integrate interfaces, process technical requirements, and coordinate solutions with product, hardware, or quality teams.
• You will analyze existing codebases and drive modernization, stabilization, and performance improvements.
• You will support error analysis, debugging, and technical reviews in demanding development environments.

Profile

• Degree, training, or comparable background in computer science, electrical engineering, technical computer science, or software development.
• Several years of practical experience in C++ development and confident handling of modern development standards.
• Knowledge of STL, object-oriented development, debugging, version control, and testing methodology.
• Experience with Linux, Windows, system software, interfaces, or technical applications is an advantage.
• Analytical approach, quality awareness, and very good German language skills.

Salary, Locations & Application

The salary logic is consistent across titles and feeds: €72,600 to €112,200 gross per year or up to €9,350 monthly. For reach logic, the position is also listed in cities such as Brüggen and Zwingenberg, in addition to Lotte.
