Qualifications

• Completed training as an application developer or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
• Several years of in-depth practical experience in C#; other programming languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of web development and software architecture in complex environments
• Ideally, practical experience with proAlpha and the proAlpha configurator
• Strong ability to quickly grasp complex contexts and implement them in a solution-oriented manner
• Very good German and English skills as well as a flexible, methodical, and conscientious way of working with high customer and results orientation

Responsibilities

• You operate, maintain, and expand our self-developed core application in C# during ongoing operations
• In this role, you develop interfaces between the core application and connected peripheral systems
• As a C# software developer, you use SQL/Access databases as well as modern AI tools such as Cursor AI, Claude, or Codex OpenAI in everyday development
• You work closely with the engineering department and contribute your expertise to joint solutions
• In this role, you will gradually take over application responsibility for our core application and accompany its further development
• You develop and operate smaller business applications with PowerBI, PowerApps, Microsoft Forms, and JavaScript and actively participate in IT projects
