Job Summary

The Cashier is responsible for handling all customer payments, processing transactions accurately, issuing receipts, and maintaining proper financial records of sales within the lounge.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process payments through cash, POS, transfers, or other approved methods.
• Issue receipts and ensure accurate billing for all orders.
• Record daily sales transactions in the POS system.
• Reconcile cash drawers and POS records at the end of each shift.
• Ensure that all payments are properly verified before closing tables.
• Maintain proper records of financial transactions and submit reports to management.
• Assist in monitoring daily revenue from bar and lounge operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE/OND qualification.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
• High level of honesty and integrity.

Mixologist / Bartender

Job Summary

The Mixologist is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, creating cocktails, maintaining the bar area, and delivering excellent customer service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix cocktails, mocktails, wines, and other beverages.
• Serve drinks according to customer orders and lounge standards.
• Recommend drinks and special cocktails to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and hygiene standards.
• Process drink orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Maintain a friendly and professional interaction with guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Accountant

Job Summary

The Accountant is responsible for managing the financial records of the lounge, including revenue tracking, expense management, payroll processing, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for the lounge.
• Monitor daily income and expenditure.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts and POS records.
• Supervise cash handling procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare tax documentation and statutory financial reports.
• Manage payroll and staff financial records.
• Provide financial advice to management for business growth.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting software and bookkeeping.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Professional certification (ICAN/ANAN) is an advantage.

Waitress

The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent table service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customers enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and present the menu.
• Take food and drink orders from customers.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly.
• Maintain clean and properly arranged tables.
• Provide information about menu items and promotions.
• Process customer bills and coordinate with the cashier.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
