Your Role
- Recruiting – structured digital interviews for accurate selection of suitable talents
- Assessment of motivation, competencies, and suitability for the position
- Selection quality – well-founded and accurate hiring decisions
- Process control – close coordination within the recruiting team for efficient filling of open positions
- Candidate Experience – shaping a professional and appreciative application process
- Process optimization – further development of interview standards and recruiting processes
What You Bring
- Qualification – First practical experience in recruiting, personnel acquisition, call center, or professional interviewing; alternatively, a sales background
- Interview competence – confident, professional, and binding demeanor in digital interviews
- Judgment – good sense for potential, motivation, and personal fit
- Applicant assessment – structured and accurate assessment of suitable talents
- Work style – independent, structured, and reliable in daily business
- Digital competence – confident handling of video conferencing tools and digital processes
- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing (at least C2)
