About
eHealthcare Solutions is looking for a Campaign Manager, Digital Advertising to join our Client Services team. This position is responsible for campaign execution, fulfillment, client communication, and maintaining a book of business.
The Campaign Manager operates as a client-facing role and serves as the primary internal and external point of contact for campaign fulfillment. This position works closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Reporting & Analytics, and Finance to ensure successful delivery of digital advertising campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate internal campaign kickoffs
- Contribute to and participate in client Quarterly Business Review meetings
- Partner with Account Management and Sales teams to support new and existing business
- Maintain detailed account tracking of campaign activities
- Manage fulfillment and completion of all client contract deliverables from kickoff through campaign close
- Ensure compliance with client and internal processes
- Coordinate contract amendments, conversions, extensions, and related communications
- Forecast and confirm fulfillment timelines for accurate revenue reconciliation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize campaign performance
- Participate in projects supporting new products, services, and process improvements
- Create and maintain support documentation including screenshots and mockups
- Participate in client MLR review calls as needed
- Work independently with minimal supervision
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical consulting, marketing, account management, or client services
- Strong understanding of media buying terminology including CPM, CPUV, SOV, IAB banner sizes, geotargeting, native, SEM, and related concepts
- Highly motivated with ability to work independently and prioritize workload
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Ability to respond to ad hoc client and internal requests
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred
- Salesforce experience required
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- 3+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience
- 3+ years of advertising services experience
