A growing global marketing services company is seeking a Campaign Operations Specialist to support campaign setup and operations across APAC and EMEA markets. This role is ideal for someone highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with systems, data, and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage marketing campaigns in Salesforce based on campaign briefs
- Review count requests and campaign data for completeness and accuracy before launch
- Add profile questions, custom fields, and QA criteria as required
- Ensure campaign setup aligns with SOWs, contracts, and campaign briefs
- Identify and flag missing or inconsistent information to the Campaign Operations Manager
- Liaise with sales teams to clarify campaign details and follow up on pending items across APAC and EMEA time zones
- Coordinate script requests with internal teams and update campaigns accordingly
- Monitor campaigns and report weekly on blockers, delays, or escalations
- Provide support to CSMs during campaign activation, ensuring all deliverables are in place
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce or marketing/campaign operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different time zones
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solver, comfortable flagging issues early
- Quick learner and willing to ask questions to clarify processes
Work Arrangement
Candidates may work remotely if they have the required home-office infrastructure (stable internet and suitable workspace). If not, the role will be office-based in Somerset West. The employer reserves the right to transition the role from remote to office-based if operational requirements require it.

Salary
R15 000 - R25 000 per month
