Candidate Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Candidate Architect with 1–2 years of professional experience to join a dynamic architectural team based in Pretoria. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of projects and the opportunity to further develop both design and technical expertise within a collaborative environment.

As an established architecture firm based in Pretoria, Gauteng, we offer extensive expertise across commercial (office and retail), residential, and institutional sectors. Our services span all phases of the building process, including concept design, development of construction drawings, site supervision, and contract administration.

We utilise the latest technology and advanced Building Information Modelling (BIM) software to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion
• Prepare and review detailed drawings, plans, and construction documentation
• Utilise Revit and AutoCAD for design development and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and industry standards
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and oversee aspects of project implementation
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience within an architectural practice
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Strong design, technical, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
