About the Role
Revelare Kitchens is seeking a Lead Generation Manager to build, train, and lead a team of in‑store brand promoters inside major retail partners. This role is responsible for generating qualified kitchen design appointments by managing retail marketing teams who engage customers in‑store and introduce them to our kitchen remodeling services.
This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on recruiting strong promoters, ensuring stores are fully staffed, and driving consistent lead generation performance across retail locations.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, hire, and train in‑store promoters / lead generators to represent our brand inside partner retail locations
- Staff and manage big box retail locations to ensure consistent coverage and lead flow
- Coach and develop your team on customer engagement, product education, and appointment setting
- Monitor store performance and lead production to ensure team members meet daily and weekly targets
- Conduct store visits to support team members, improve performance, and maintain strong retail relationships
- Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak retail traffic hours
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified kitchen design appointments are being generated consistently
- Track team performance, maintain recruiting pipelines, and ensure stores remain fully staffed

- Experience recruiting and managing entry‑level marketing or sales teams preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment

- Previous experience in retail marketing, canvassing, lead generation, or sales management is a plus
