The Role

As part of the Company’s Financial Services team, this role sits at the intersection of development, treasury, and capital markets. You’ll support core reporting and analytics that drive investment decisions, capital deployment, and funding execution across the portfolio. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role that works closely with Development, Capital Markets, Treasury, Accounting, and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate is analytically strong, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating across multiple workstreams—from development reporting and investment committee support to debt analysis, treasury funding, and acquisition/disposition execution.

What You’ll Do

Development & Investment Reporting

  • Prepare development reporting and analysis, including earnings release support files, key development schedules, and financial models
  • Coordinate and support Investment Committee materials and presentations
  • Maintain development models and reporting resources; assist with year‑end yield and projection processes
  • Draft reporting materials and respond to ad hoc requests from internal business partners
  • Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and decision‑ready reporting

Capital Markets Reporting & Analysis

  • Support quarterly Capital Markets reporting and analytics
  • Prepare debt and liability management analysis and review interest income and expense variances
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and presentation development
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support on Capital Markets initiatives and projects

Acquisitions & Dispositions Support

  • Prepare acquisition and disposition proration files using accounting backup
  • Work directly with buyers, sellers, and title companies to resolve proration questions and finalize settlement statements
  • Review final settlement statements for accuracy
  • Prepare post‑closing true‑up memos documenting notable items

Treasury & Funding Support

  • Manage treasury funding requests, including cash requests, letters of credit, and surety bonds
  • Maintain tracking for letters of credit and surety bonds and support related accounting reporting and invoicing
  • Assist with wires, inter‑account transfers, acquisition and disposition funding, and investment tracking

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support loan administration and other ad hoc analytical or operational requests as needed

What We’re Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field

Experience

  • 1‑2 years of relevant experience in finance, real estate, investment, treasury, or capital markets

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and analysis with multiple variables
  • Experience with forecasting, quantitative analysis, and rate of return calculations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to build, analyze, and interpret complex financial models
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Experience operating in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
