Compensation

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous financial analysis, debt sizing, and stress testing across all major CRE asset types using Finneo’s proprietary underwriting tools.
• Structure customized capital solutions based on market comps, borrower profiles, and evolving lender appetite.
• Prepare detailed and lender-ready Offering Memoranda (CIMs/OMs) using Finneo’s automation platform to ensure consistency, clarity, and speed.
• Serve as a point of contact for active debt capital relationships across banks, life companies, funds, and alternative lenders in the U.S. and Canada.
• Manage the end-to-end lender engagement process: submit deals, coordinate Q&A, negotiate term sheets, and facilitate competitive bidding rounds.
• Lead documentation, diligence, and funding processes with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring frictionless execution.
• Act as a strategic liaison between clients and third-party professionals, including appraisers, legal counsel, and lenders, to ensure deal milestones are met.
• Maintain clear internal reporting on pipeline activity, lender engagement, and transaction status through Finneo’s deal management systems.
• Support multiple live mandates concurrently, delivering high-quality execution with discipline, urgency, and accountability.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, structured debt placement, investment banking, or capital markets advisory.
• Proven ability to analyze, structure, and execute complex real estate transactions across multiple asset classes.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with strong proficiency in valuation methodologies and capital stack structuring.
• Solid understanding of lender underwriting standards and credit metrics, with experience navigating both institutional and alternative capital sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with lenders, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent deals.
• Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. CRE lending markets and active lender networks is a significant asset.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and collaborative, with a team-first mindset aligned to Finneo’s triad execution model.
