This permanent role within the Capital Planning & Redevelopment department seeks a seasoned professional to manage health capital projects. You will provide guidance to project managers while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including OBC and AODA. Additionally, you will oversee project activities, maintain operational efficiency, and liaise with internal stakeholders to minimize disruption during construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement THP’s capital project plan
• Lead a team of Project Managers in executing project objectives
• Guide internal committees on facilities planning
• Create reporting tools for budgets and schedules
• Facilitate construction site meetings and stakeholder collaboration

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• 7-10 years in health capital project management
• PMP designation or relevant project management experience
• Extensive knowledge of health regulatory frameworks
• Proven abilities in budget and schedule management
