Reporting to the Manager of Capital Projects, this role focuses on coordinating various engineering initiatives related to Water and Wastewater systems. You will support project communication, documentation, and financial processes while managing tier 2 and 3 projects independently. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is essential to this position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project documentation and reporting
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings
- Monitor project schedules and resource allocation
- Draft reports for regional councils and stakeholders
- Manage project-specific communication and collaboration
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Preferred knowledge of water and wastewater systems
