Lead with Partnership • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, and Finance. • Translate strategic objectives into plant-ready project plans and clear deliverables. • Be on-site for install, startup, and ramp—providing hands-on leadership to achieve stable output. Results You’ll Deliver • Quantifiable improvements in capacity, cost efficiency, quality, safety performance, and on-time delivery. • Transparent performance reporting with KPIs tied to both operational and financial outcomes. • Relentless ownership and urgency to hit commitments. Preferred • PMP certification strongly preferred. • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement background.
