Osler Health is looking for a Capital Projects Manager to oversee essential hospital projects. This position emphasizes effective governance and collaboration across project phases from concept to delivery.

As the Project Manager in Project Operations and Controls, you will work closely with the Capital Development team to enhance project management practices. The role requires managing deliverables, facilitating meetings, and ensuring compliance with government partner regulations. You’ll also contribute to creating project control templates and guidelines while nurturing project management capability organization-wide.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project governance and deliverables from consultants
• Coordinate effective communication with government partners
• Facilitate departmental meetings and manage project action items
• Ensure project documents are current and compliant
• Contribute to project planning and operational guidelines

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or relevant field
• Minimum three years of relevant project management experience
• Proficiency in project control and governance principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel across all Osler facilities
