Experienced in a field-based service role within Medical Devices capital equipment, you will have a background including providing onsite training and servicing and a Biomedical qualification.
This role will be shaped by the right candidate, and we are looking for you to be an absolute expert in Field Service in France, you will be a self-starter, autonomous and solutions focused, with an unquestionable influencing and negotiation skills, energised by a varied and fast-paced role where you can drive the strategic direction of Service. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls during office hours, Monday to Friday bearing in mind that customers must be contacted within 24 hrs of their initial call.
- Take responsibility for the effective management of your designated service area including promoting new contracts and liaising with customers for renewals.
- Demonstrate efficiency in installations within assigned service territory and coordinating the installation of large orders if required.
- Completing all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits on time and to the levels outlined in the service manual.
- Assist sales and marketing team with tender opportunities as technical support and to promote service contracts.
- Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and liaising with the Service Supervisor/Manager to ensure they are calibrated.
- Maintenance of spare parts inventory, company vehicle and other company equipment and supplies.
- Occasional training of clinical staff on designated equipment.
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining both parts and loaner inventories allocated to them, updating the CRM system accordingly.

Qualifications
- Medical Devices Capital Equipment Field service experience is vital
- Based ‘on patch’ in the East area
- Experience of working in France requiring no company sponsorship to join our business
- Experience of providing training on medical devices capital equipment
- Fluent French, with English as a business language
- Highly customer focused along with your hunger to achieve more, this role has significant development potential for the right candidate!
- Technically proficient in the troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of all medical products, specifically including monitoring and infusion products.
- Evidence of emotional intelligence is critical
- Demonstrates experience of working autonomously to achieve KPI’s
- An ability to address customer requests through strong listening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong relationships
- Proven negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Flexible to travel as required
