AI Builder

We're looking for someone who builds. Fast, independently, and almost entirely with AI. You're not writing every line by hand. You're orchestrating AI tools to ship production-quality products at a pace that would normally require a full team.

You have enough technical foundation to know what good code looks like, debug when things break, and make smart architectural decisions. But your real skill is getting AI to do the heavy lifting, and knowing when it can't.

This is a full-time, heads-down building role. We already have the tools, systems, and workflows in place. You just need to ship.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship complete features and products end-to-end using AI-assisted development
• Work across the full stack: frontend, backend, APIs, databases, whatever the project needs
• Move fast without sacrificing quality. Know when to take shortcuts and when not to.
• Own your output from prototype to production
• Debug, iterate, and improve based on real usage and feedback
• Stay current with the AI tooling landscape and continuously improve your workflow

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to ship real products using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.)
• Enough development experience to understand architecture, debug issues, and review AI-generated code critically
• Strong product sense. You build things that actually work well, not just things that compile.
• Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English (written communication is key)
• Available during European business hours (CET +/- 2)

Preferred Experience

• Portfolio or GitHub showing projects you've built with AI tools
• Experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, or similar modern web stacks
• Eye for design and UX. You care about how things look and feel.

Compensation

$30,000 - $48,000 USD per year, based on experience and output
