At the heart of our transformation, we are searching for our Category & Customer Marketing Director OOH Europe who will shape the future of the Out‑of‑Home (Foodservice) channel across Europe.

In this senior, high‑impact role, you will define the European OOH category strategy, accelerate our customer activation agenda, and guide brand & innovation teams with a clear, insight‑driven vision of operator needs. Operating in a multi‑country matrix organization, you will influence and orchestrate cross‑functional alignment to unlock growth.

You will report hierarchically to the OOH Acceleration Director Europe, and hold a functional reporting relationship with the Europe Marketing Director, ensuring full consistency with European marketing strategy and governance.

The position is based in Villeneuve d'Ascq (France, 59).

What You Will Lead

1. Category Vision & Strategy

  • Drive European OOH category growth by analysing market and operator insights, defining short‑ and long‑term strategies, and ensuring cross‑functional alignment.
  • Deliver clear strategic reporting and co-build pricing strategies with Marketing & RGM, integrating CSR priorities.

2. Offer & Portfolio Strategy

  • Lead the European OOH portfolio vision and 5‑year roadmap.
  • Optimize assortment, segment roles, and product architecture by channel.
  • Influence innovation by defining category roles, co‑shaping briefs, and ensuring coherent execution across brands and formats.

3. Customer & Channel Activation

  • Build and deploy the European Foodservice customer activation strategy.
  • Deliver toolkits, selling stories, and customer‑ready assets.
  • Support countries in execution and capability building to ensure consistent adoption of the OOH strategy.

4. Category Community Leadership

  • Animate the European Category Management community.
  • Elevate local expertise through training and best‑practice sharing.
  • Define common review standards and monitor country performance to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

You are a senior leader in the Foodservice / Out‑of‑Home sector, bringing:

  • 10–15+ years of experience across category management, customer marketing, channel activation and portfolio strategy within Foodservice/OOH environments.
  • A strong command of operator insights, segmentation and SKU productivity, with the ability to translate them into actionable growth strategies.
  • A proven track record of influencing and driving alignment in complex, multi‑country and matrix organizations.
  • Outstanding leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic storytelling skills, with the ability to rally teams around a shared vision.
  • Fluent English (mandatory) to operate effectively at European level; French is a plus, not a requirement.
