Within the France-Benelux Marketing Department, you will join the Insights & Catman team-an engaged, datadriven collective where customer understanding, market insights, and business impact drive our daily work. We are recruiting a Category Manager to lead the development of a specific tire category across the France-Benelux region.

Your Mission
As Category Manager, you are the reference expert for your category.
You work closely with Key Account Managers and Trade Marketing to build and execute robust action plans that elevate Michelin's market position and expand category growth on your retailer's perimeter.
Your role is central in translating insights into actionable strategies, identifying opportunities, and partnering with customers to drive profitable, durable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market & Performance Analysis
- Analyze market performance, Michelin brands, competitors, and retailer dynamics (internal data, panels, data sharing, ad hoc studies).
- Conduct diagnostic reviews and evaluate the ROI of category actions.
- Develop and present structured market reviews to retailers.
2. Recommandation & Conversion
- Build quantified action plans to grow Michelin Group brands within your retailers.
- Share strategic insights within the category management squad and support the Sales Force in deployment and monitoring.
3. Annual Business Planning with Key Accounts
- Provide category expertise to the KAM by analyzing brand positioning within each retailer.
- Define objectives and action plans aligned with customer and brand strategies.
- Prepare and present market assessments to secure customer buying
- Implement monitoring tools and recommend corrective actions when needed
4. Assortment, Launch & Stock Optimization
- Diagnose and optimize assortments and product mix.
- Support product launches and oversee stock screening.
- Contribute to digital and instore visibility initiatives that strengthen brand impact.
5. Contribute to Team Excellence
- Share best practices and enhance tools, data quality, and processes.
- Actively participate in collective initiatives within the Insights & Catman team
Additional Information
The role requires travel across the France-Benelux region (approximately 20%).

Salary and benefits
- Fixed salary starting at €60 000, depending on profile and experience.

Your Profile
You thrive when analyzing, challenging, and turning insights into persuasive recommendations.
You are customer oriented, analytically strong, and capable of influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
You bring:
- A master's degree in Business or Marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in Category Management, Marketing or Sales, ideally in FMCG or international distribution environments.
- Proven ability to understand consumer needs and retail dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in relationship management and cross functional collaboration.
- French at C2 level and English at B2 minimum.
- Working knowledge of PowerBI and Salesforce.
- Additional experience in logistics and supply chain is a strong asset
