Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Purchasing Transformation, you will be at the heart of your division's commercial and economic strategy. In this role, you will:
- Co-build and manage commercial action plans
- Lead working groups with members and stakeholders
- Define a coherent and performance-oriented offer strategy
- Ensure information dissemination
- Propose actions for product profitability animation and optimization
- Participate in professional trade shows and key events
- Define objectives and track performance indicators
- Analyze results and implement corrective actions
- Manage the purchasing budget and optimize profitability
- Provide regular reporting and propose areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Higher education in commerce, marketing, or purchasing
- Approximately 10 years of confirmed experience, including team management
- Solid understanding of commercial, marketing, and supply chain challenges, ideally gained in environments such as retail, wholesale, or cooperative organizations
- Strong analytical skills and a true strategic vision
- Results-oriented and able to identify performance levers
- Excellent interpersonal skills, natural leadership, and negotiation skills to unite stakeholders and drive projects with impact
