LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting firm specializing in temporary work, transition management, and expert, executive, and leadership assessment, is seeking candidates for its client, a specialist in the hardware and tooling distribution sector.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Purchasing Transformation, you will be at the heart of your division's commercial and economic strategy. In this role, you will:

• Co-build and manage commercial action plans
• Lead working groups with members and stakeholders
• Define a coherent and performance-oriented offer strategy
• Ensure information dissemination
• Propose actions for product profitability animation and optimization
• Participate in professional trade shows and key events
• Define objectives and track performance indicators
• Analyze results and implement corrective actions
• Manage the purchasing budget and optimize profitability
• Provide regular reporting and propose areas for improvement

Qualifications

• Higher education in commerce, marketing, or purchasing
• Approximately 10 years of confirmed experience, including team management
• Solid understanding of commercial, marketing, and supply chain challenges, ideally gained in environments such as retail, wholesale, or cooperative organizations
• Strong analytical skills and a true strategic vision
• Results-oriented and able to identify performance levers
• Excellent interpersonal skills, natural leadership, and negotiation skills to unite stakeholders and drive projects with impact
