About the role

About Us

Our Care department is composed of 3 teams:

  • Onboarding team: responsible for the setup and accounting recovery of our co-ownerships after the first contract signature.
  • Customer Care Representative team: responsible for answering questions, providing resources to our clients, and training on the platform.
  • Account Manager team (25 people and 4 team leads): this team is responsible for developing the portfolio of existing clients.

Your Role

As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of 350 to 400 co-ownerships, and will be in direct contact with the President of the Supervisory Board of each co-ownership.

You will be responsible for client retention and revenue growth of your portfolio through up-sell and cross-sell sales, contract renewals, and satisfaction optimization (NPS).

Your Missions:

  • You will implement a strategy to identify additional sales opportunities related to our product and achieve up-sell and cross-sell objectives.
  • You will develop tailored loyalty and retention strategies for each of your clients.
  • You will monitor and optimize existing processes for managing your portfolio.
  • You will ensure your clients are satisfied and renew their contracts.
  • You will participate in your clients' general meetings (mostly via video conference, but also in person in the IDF region if necessary).
  • You will collaborate with various teams (sales, onboarding, management, insurance, rental management, etc.) to ensure optimal management of your portfolio and support the achievement of company objectives (offer launch, revenue, churn....).

Each co-ownership is a community in itself, whose functioning we need to understand to best support them in their management!

Our clients can range from a small co-ownership of 3 units in a rural area that is already autonomous, to a large real estate complex of 300 housing units in the city center.

Practical Information

  • Location: Paris
  • Remote Work: 2 days per week presence at the office is mandatory, but be aware that travel within the IDF region is required for this position.
  • Contract Type: CDI (Permanent contract).
  • Status: Cadre forfait jour (Managerial status with a fixed number of working days).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Ideally:

  • You have 2 years of experience in CSM / Account Management / KAM / Account Executive in a startup or similar environment.
  • You know how to manage a large client portfolio.
  • You have skills in negotiation and up-sell or cross-sell sales.
  • You know how to track KPIs for NPS, retention, and/or revenue growth.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable on the phone and in writing.
  • You are recognized for your rigor, organization, affinity for numbers, and synthesis skills.
  • You are interested in the real estate / co-ownership sector.

Recruitment Process

  1. Call with our recruiter (20-30 min).
  2. Team Interview (Manager and team member) with a practical case (1h via video call).
  3. Interview with the Head of Account Manager and the VP Care (30 min via video call or at the office).
  4. Reference check, then offer.
