Location: Paris ✈️ Frequent national travel ️ Sectors: tertiary, justice, education, culture, health / medico-social

Your Missions?

• Project management in consulting for all project phases
• Programming, design, execution, and operation-maintenance
• Technical, economic, budgetary, and schedule monitoring
• Real estate asset audits
• Technical and financial analyses
• VEFA / CPI expertise missions
• Coordination of various stakeholders and client reporting

You will also participate in the development of the firm:

• Improvement of internal methods and tools
• Participation in business development
• Technical and strategic thinking
• Active contribution to collective dynamics

Profile Sought:

• 6 to 10 years minimum experience in consulting / project management
• Significant experience in public procurement and tertiary projects
• Good command of technical challenges (TCE)
• High autonomy and project management skills
• Experience on construction sites, with tenants, landlords, or user environments appreciated
