In just two years, TF1+ has established itself as the leader in free streaming in France with 35,000 hours of content and a record 42 million monthly streamers in October 2025. That same year, the platform accumulated 1.2 billion hours viewed, 24% more than its closest competitor. It dominates key demographics with a 39% market share among 15-34 year olds and FRDA-50. Driven by 70% consumption on connected TVs, it has recorded 6.4 billion videos viewed since its launch. For 2026, TF1+ is focusing on the rise of micro-payments, gamifying the user experience, and expanding its distribution with Netflix.
We are looking for an Organic Growth Manager on a permanent contract (CDI) to work on the development and deployment of the omnichannel Organic Growth strategy.
Your Playground
Reporting to the Lead Growth & Engagement, and in coordination with various teams, you will manage omnichannel Organic Growth for Web, Apps, CTV, and platforms to accelerate the growth of Groupe TF1 products. With experience from an agency and/or client-side, you will leverage your expertise to support product, technical, editorial, and content teams in achieving their objectives.
Through your mastery of SEO, ASO, GEO, and broader organic levers, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external teams. In collaboration with all stakeholders, you will contribute to defining an omnichannel strategy to support ambitious projects and product evolutions.
Your main missions:
- Develop and implement SEO, ASO, GEO, and organic strategies to improve the visibility and traffic of Group products across all distribution channels.
- Analyze, evaluate, and report on organic performance (SEO, ASO, other channels) using Analytics solutions, Logs Analytics solutions, and industry analysis tools.
- Frame product projects and evolutions, and produce specifications for internal and/or external teams.
- Ensure product quality through regular audits, benchmarks, and active monitoring of industry trends.
- Support editorial and content teams.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key players for the Group.
Match:
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) specialized in media (ESCP Media Master, Dauphine Telecom and Media Management, D2A, DMC, or equivalent), you possess strong analytical and prioritization skills. You are organized, meticulous, pragmatic, and autonomous.
- Strong business and data acumen (KPIs, modeling, ROI)
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, from strategy to execution
- Experience in complex, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize, arbitrate, and pragmatically drive projects forward
- Comfort in engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders (product, tech, marketing, editorial, content…)
