Job Description
Naval Group is developing its naval drone and autonomous systems solutions. The DSA department is recruiting a Product Line Manager to structure and manage a product-oriented offering (SLI, MCO, training, operation).
Your missions will include:
- Managing the development and lifecycle of the product line
- Defining objectives (costs, deadlines, performance, export, sustainability)
- Building the product strategy and associated business case
- Managing the budget, investments, and demonstrators
- Overseeing offers, pre-projects, and industrial partnerships
- Contributing to sales, the roadmap, and product competitiveness
- Ensuring integration with other systems and promoting the offering
Challenges:
- Structuring a competitive and coherent drone offering
- Anticipating market evolutions
- Combining technical and business vision
- Accelerating the time-to-market of solutions

Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience (complex systems / software / services)
- Product and market sense (competitive environment)
- Interest in innovative technologies (AI, autonomous systems)
- Leadership, teamwork, influence skills
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional animation skills
- Fluent English
