Job Summary

We're hiring a Bilingual CDL Driver Recruiter & Retention Specialist to find great drivers and keep them. If you've driven OTR and know what drivers actually need, this role is built for you. You'll handle recruiting from start to finish and stay connected with drivers long after they're hired.

What You'll Do

Recruiting

• Source and recruit CDL Class A drivers using job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks
• Screen applicants and conduct interviews — your road experience helps you ask the right questions
• Verify driver qualifications including MVR, PSP, and DOT compliance
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and all pre-employment paperwork

Driver Retention

• Check in regularly with drivers, especially during their first 90 days
• Spot at-risk drivers early and work to resolve their concerns
• Be the go-to person for Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking drivers
• Collect driver feedback and share insights with management
• Support driver recognition programs and engagement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• CDL Class A OTR driving experience — required
• Recruiting or driver relations experience — preferred
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (Brazilian) or Spanish — required
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and trucking industry standards
• Strong people skills — drivers should feel comfortable coming to you
