CDL Driver Recruiter (1099 Contractor)

Class A Jobs 411 has been connecting CDL drivers with carriers nationwide for over 13 years. We’re growing and looking for independent recruiters who want to work on their own schedule with real support behind them.

We operate a fully staffed office Monday–Friday (6 AM – 4 PM MST), so you’re not on your own.

What This Role Looks Like

• Work remotely on your own schedule
• Connect with CDL drivers and guide them through the hiring process
• Match drivers with nationwide job opportunities
• Track everything in our recruiter system

Pay Structure

This is a commission-based role.

Recruiters earn up to 80% per placement, with income based on activity and successful hires.

Good Fit If You Have

• Recruiting, sales, or customer service experience
• Transportation or CDL knowledge (helpful, not required)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivation
