CFO

AS CFO, reporting to the CEO and Board, you will be responsible for:

• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the board.
• Participate in key decisions as member of the senior management team.
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and preparing budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
• Managing process of yearly insurance updates.
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
• Reviewing all formal finance related procedures.
• Report financial results to Head Office and Managing Director.
• Chair the senior management monthly meetings.
• Oversee operations of the finance department.
• Manage the process of implementing the new data protection policy as per the data protection act.
• Planning monthly cash requirements and requesting funds from head office treasury.
• Manage the IT department
• Staff management and direction
