Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an HR Generalist (Recruiter) to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $35.00 to $40.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing candidates through hiring and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recommend effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates using job boards, social platforms, and proactive outreach methods.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and guide candidates through the selection process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and support orientation for new hires.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruiting within either agency or internal environments.
• Familiarity with human resources systems and applicant tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of hiring practices, including compliance with employment regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
