Change Lead

Job Description

The Change Lead helps clients identify business challenges and recommends organizational change strategies tailored to SAP solution implementations. This role leverages in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge to ensure successful adoption of new processes and procedures, aligning with business objectives and SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities • Assess client business issues and recommend organizational change strategies specific to SAP implementations • Facilitate adoption of new processes and procedures in support of SAP solutions • Provide guidance on business objectives, processes, measurements, and change management tools • Lead Change Management delivery initiatives and transformation programs • Apply expertise across Change Management, Transformation Management, and Organizational Design & Development

Requirements

Qualifications & Certifications: • 8+ years of relevant experience in Change Management or related fields • Recognised Change Management accreditation/qualification • Experience in at least one of the following areas, with working knowledge of all: • Change Management • Transformation Management • Organizational Design & Development

Candidate Requirements • Experienced, senior-level professional • Preferably with Public Sector experience • Based in Cape Town or willing to work locally
