Change Manager (Payments)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support high-impact initiatives within the payments domain. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by driving employee and user adoption across new processes, systems, and technologies.

You will focus on the people side of change—preparing, supporting, and equipping stakeholders to effectively navigate transformation. The successful candidate will develop and execute structured change management strategies that drive adoption, maximize ROI, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply established change management methodologies and frameworks across projects and initiatives
• Lead and execute change management activities, with an emphasis on payments-related programs
• Develop and implement change strategies aligned with business objectives
• Utilize tools, templates, and best practices to drive adoption and minimize resistance
• Support communication planning and execution, including stakeholder engagement and messaging
• Partner with the Project Management Office (PMO) to integrate change activities into project plans
• Identify stakeholder impacts, assess readiness, and manage risks associated with change
• Monitor adoption metrics, track progress, and adjust strategies to ensure successful outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in Change Management across enterprise-level projects
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Hands-on experience supporting payments-related products or initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement change management programs from the ground up
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and full lifecycle delivery
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
• Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
