About the role

Responsibilities

  • Recruit new prospective partners through identification and qualification of their value, ability and skill to complement the Digital Power Go-To-Market strategy and focus
  • Effectively presenting the Digital Power Value Proposition and Products to Partners and Customers
  • Responsible for all Channel revenue growth & retention
  • Deployment, Management and Measurement of the Channel Plan and Goals with each partner – Certifications, Goals, Market development Activities, Lead Generation, Quarterly Business Reviews etc
  • Develop and manage relationship up to the executive level of our channel partners through meetings and interactions
  • Manage channel conflict through early detection of potential unsettlement, strict adherence to channel rules of engagement and open communication
  • Collaborate with sales, product, service, and commercial departments to jointly promote the construction of the regional channel ecosystem and improve the brand

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma, major in electrical, electronics, energy, etc. is preferred.
  • Minimum three years of sales or market expansion experience in the smart Power Value industry, familiar with the industry market and customer requirements.
