About the role

Job Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Channel Resource Development

  • Analyze and track changes and trends in household market demand, explore potential dealer resources in target markets, seize business cooperation opportunities, cultivate new dealer clients, and take charge of the development and daily maintenance of channel resources.

Sales Plan Formulation & Sales Activity Execution

  • Formulate regional sales plans and organize sales activities in accordance with channel marketing strategies.
  • Select high-quality dealers for cooperation, formulate feasible sales solutions and ensure full implementation.

Sales Guidance & Process Optimization

  • Provide professional business guidance to junior sales personnel, and continuously optimize the sales workflow.

Job Qualifications

Work Experience

  • Working experience in well-known domestic and foreign enterprises in industrial products, consumer durables, electronic and electrical industries, or leading enterprises in the photovoltaic/new energy industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales working experience.

Professional Knowledge & Competencies

  • Proficient in value marketing, channel development and management expertise.
  • Strong capabilities in task execution, problem solving, customer relationship building and maintenance, business negotiation, channel management, and cross-cultural sensitivity.
